What do I need to get started?+-
A clear photo of your product to begin with. For the highest-quality results we strongly recommend uploading several angles of the same item - the more reference images you provide, the more faithfully every material, detail and finish is captured. For fashion, those can be flat-lay, mannequin or existing on-model images; for product and food, clean shots on a plain background work best.
How accurate are the results to my actual product?+-
The platform is built around fidelity: garments keep their cut and fabric, jewelry keeps its facets, labels stay readable. Only the scene changes. And if anything drifts, the human fix guarantee covers it on Growth and Pro Plans.
Do all plans include every studio?+-
Yes. All three paid plans - Starter, Growth and Pro - include all eight studios (Fashion, Product, Jewelry, Beauty, Food, Furniture, Kids & Babies, Pets) and every scene and setting. Video is available in the Fashion and Product studios today and is rolling out to the remaining studios soon. Plans differ on volume, batch size, video, and advanced features like custom brand models - never on which categories you can use.
How do credits work?+-
Each plan comes with a monthly credit allowance that you spend as you create. Images use the fewest credits, with video and cinematic motion using more to reflect the extra processing involved. You can top up at any time, monthly credits roll over while your subscription is active, and top-up credits you buy separately never expire. The exact cost of each option and your live balance are always shown in the app before you generate.
What is the quality guarantee?+-
The human fix guarantee is included on the Growth and Pro Plans. If a generated image is not right, submit a fix request and our team reviews and re-renders it at no cost to your credits - within 48 hours on Growth (10 fixes a month) or 24 hours on Pro (30 a month). On Starter you can re-render any image yourself using your credits.
Can I cancel anytime?+-
Yes. Plans are month to month and you can cancel or change them whenever you like from your billing settings.
Will the images look AI-generated?+-
The platform is tuned for commercial photography, not AI art. Reference-conditioning keeps your product true to the photo, and the human review team catches anything that drifts. If an image does not pass your eye, it does not have to pass - flag it and we fix it free.
Can I use the images commercially - in ads, on my store, on packaging?+-
Yes. Images you generate are yours to use commercially across e-commerce, paid ads, social, print, and packaging. See our Terms of Service for the full license.
How is this different from generic AI image tools?+-
